In a span of 10 years, Alfred has been actively engaged with over 4,000 SMEs in Kenya and beyond in all sectors of the economy.
He has provided coaching and advisory services in areas of Business Strategy, Business Planning, Marketing, Product Development, Leadership and Human Capital Management. Through his expertise he has guided over 400 SMEs owners to develop and implement business plans with outstanding results and to achieve great business and personal growth. Alfred has 15 years’ Lecturing experience at leading Universities in Kenya; Strathmore Business School, Kenyatta University, Catholic University of Eastern Africa and St Paul University.
He has guided and directed undergraduate students to undertake extensive research in entrepreneurship, business strategy and marketing. Some of the works are published in leading journals. Alfred has participated in many seminars and workshops that has truly grounded his work and experiences. Alfred worked as a Program Manager at the Strathmore Enterprise Development Center for four years. This is the leading Center for Entrepreneurial Development in Kenya and East Africa. The job involved training, coaching and mentoring SMEs owners for Capacity building to scale up their businesses.
He has extensive experience in organizing and facilitating local and international business conferences and trips, business networking and linkages in public and private sector as well as acclaimed entrepreneurs and institutions internationally. Alfred is a consultant trainer with several organizations including, Strathmore Business School, Strathmore Research and Consultancy Company (SRCC), Ibiz Africa, Carl Consulting among others. He is the founder and lead consultant at Integrated Trainers and Consultants. He is an accomplished Entrepreneur in Agribusiness and Information and Communications Technology.
